FREE COPIER : Our high volume copy program is our favorite for customers, No Rent if making over 1,000 copies to 25 Lakh Copies per month. Here all copies are charged at a very low rate. This program rewards our customer to make their copies at the lowest possible price.. |

Rent Free Copier : If Monthly copy volume is less than Required minimum copies according to specific Model, than we charge minimum monthly Copy charges which includes total number of copies & No fix Rent is involved in this package. |

What does your Free Copier / rental program include? |

Digital copier, service, and supplies (excluding paper & staples). In addition, we provide FREE training on all copiers and Printer units we rent. |

If we need service, how fast will your technician respond to our problem? |
| |
Our technician will call you immediately after receiving your service call. Thanks to digital copier technology, many times the problem can be fixed over the telephone. If we find that we need to come to your office for service, we will be there in 15 minutes [in Express Service Area] to 2 hours. |

What if my copier is completely down and I have a deadline to meet? |

Unfortunately there are times when a copier will break down at the most inconvenient time. We understand there are times when you can’t wait for our technical support. Cann Copier will help defray outside copying costs as long as our office approves it. |

If our copy usage exceeds our copier, can we upgrade? |
| |
Yes, After receiving confirmation latter from customer, with in 48 hours we will upgrade the machine without charging any penalty and under same terms & conditions (Cann Copier has a copier inventory of over Rs. 25,00,000 to meet whatever our customer’s needs might be). |

How soon can I expect my copier(s) once I've decided what I need? |

Although there are times we can deliver the same day, we can guarantee delivery the next day. |

What areas do you service? |

We primarily service Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Nagpur, Dhulia, Lonawla, Noida-Delhi, Bangalore etc..... We do however have other companies throughout the India we can put you in contact with. |
